We sell only fan coins-which are tokens we have developed for you to be able to use our site.

All the FanCoins that you purchase are completely and fully refundable. You will need to fill the form below and we will know that you have requested a refund.

The process is simple, just send us the FanCoins you have over metamask, our wallet address is – 0xb2bB316538f221b16631765D2D685e2c2a49E90A

Then on the form below just add your details and send us. You will need to add the transaction id of the coins that you sent us, click on this link to learn how to find transaction id on metamask.

As soon as we receive your request we will verify the transaction id and immediately refund your money.

For any issues with physical products sold on the platform, you will need to take it up with the seller, on request we will share their contact details with you. We cannot take guarantee for the product sold by a seller as we are the platform and have no control on quality of products.

However if you feel your product is not what was promised or shown, we will issue you a relevant amount of Fan Coin completely FREE OF CHARGE. Please use contact us form for highlighting the same .
